Lauren comes from Glenullin in County Derry. She recently was awarded her doctorate degree, studying the re-imagination of harp accompaniments to Gaelic bard poetry. It’s no surprise that Lauren is an avid harpist. She works as a project co-ordinator with Conradh na Gaeilge and has recently began a new project examining the role of placenames as part of our shared heritage.
