A former Gaelscoil na bhFál and Meánscoil Feirste pupil, Conchúr was one of the founding members of An Dream Dearg and he now works as an advocacy manager with Conradh na Gaeilge. Before this, Conchúr spent many years working in the Irish language youth sector in the community organisation Glór na Móna. He is the juvenile chairperson of Belfast’s all-Irish speaking GAA club, Laochra Loch Lao.
